Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the re2 platform through our official website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the re2 platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of re2.
The re2 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. re2 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to close any account found to belong to an underage user.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the re2 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior warning. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. re2 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to protect your login credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify re2 immediately through the provided support channels. re2 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for security investigation purposes.

- Users are responsible for all activity carried out under their account.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the re2 platform agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage its reputation, functionality, or security. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, fraudulent attempts, the use of unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage, money laundering through the platform, and harassment of other users.
Users are not permitted to use automation, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised technical means to access or interact with the platform. re2 employs active detection systems and reserves the right to terminate accounts found to be using such methods.
All bets and game outcomes generated by the re2 system are final, unless a verifiable technical error can be demonstrated. Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to the customer support team within 72 hours of the incident.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the re2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. re2 does not accept payments in cryptocurrency or any foreign currency.
Deposits will be credited to the user's account as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment processor. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, users should contact customer support and provide proof of the transaction for further investigation.
Withdrawals are subject to an identity verification process that must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed. re2 reserves the right to request additional documents to meet compliance requirements. Eligible withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified on business days.

Re2 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that it will operate without interruption, errors, or data loss. re2 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from technical disruptions or system failures.
All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and other materials on the re2 platform are the exclusive property of re2 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any such content without prior written permission from re2.
Re2 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user found to be in breach of these terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or posing a threat to the security of the platform or other users. Where an account is closed due to a violation, any balance linked to fraudulent activity may be forfeited to re2.
The re2 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. re2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Re2 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the re2 website. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Continued use of the re2 platform after any updated terms have been published will be deemed acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the mechanisms prescribed under Malaysian law.
